Would like to know the condition of the gun before giving an estimate. Excellent, Very good, good, Fair, poor!
This model was made between 1966 to 1983 in fair condition it is worth between $45 - $70
What is the condition of the air gun? Without that information it is impossible to give you an estimate of the current value. Is it excellent, very good, good, fair, poor, not working.
If you are asking strictly about BB guns and not rifles, pellet guns or pellet rifles then I would have to say it most likely is the "IZH-Baikal Drozd BB Gun." It fires at a rate of 541 feet per second. It will fire 1, 3 or 6 shot burst at the pull of the trigger. However Pellet guns and Pellet Rifles are more powerful.

Mark Saber - 1951 The Case of the Missing Gun 1-4 was released on: USA: 26 October 1951
A gun that shoots pellets. The Pellets are driven by air or Co2 not gunpowder. Pellet guns have 4 different powerplants. 1. C02 2. Spring or gas piston 3. Pump 4. PCP (PreCharged Pneumatic) These require a scuba tank or hand pump to charge them to 2000 to 3000 PSI.
Oil it with "Crosman Pellgun oil", "RWS OIL" or "Gamo Pellet gun oil" Wipe it down. DO NOT USE Household oil or 3-N-1 oil. They will damage the gun. Put a drop in the barrel and run a swab through the barrel. If it's a C02 gun then put a drop of oil where the C02 bottle fits into the gun and charge the gun. If it's a springer type of rifle, put a drop of oil in the oil hole in top of the rifle barrel or in the loading chamber. DON'T over oil the gun.
Lets clear a few things up first: (1) There are BB only guns. (2) Combination BB and Pellet guns and (3) Pellet only guns. (1) BB only guns: These guns and rifles have a smooth bore barrel. The BB tumbles as it is fired from the gun. The BB can wonder off target easily because it doesn't spin, so it travels all over the place. (2) BB & Pellet rifles and guns: These guns usually have a rifled bore barrel. (Groves in the barrel) this makes the soft Pellets spin as it is fired and will fly straighter than a hard BB fired from the same barrel. (3) Pellet only guns & rifles: These guns use a rifled bore barrel and are designed to spin the pellet as it is fired. As a result it travels further and straighter that a BB. Of the 3 different types, Pellet only guns are usually the most powerful. BB's are .175 Caliber and made of a hard material. Pellets are .177 caliber and are made of a softer material. The skirt, on the back of the pellet, is designed to catch the grooves in the barrel, in turn this makes the pellet spin as it leaved the barrel and fly straighter. Pellets fired through a smooth bore BB barrel will not effect the gun or rifle but BB's fired through a Pellet only gun will damage the groves over time and destroy the accuracy of the gun or rifle. The Heaver the pellet mass, the slower it will fly, but the straighter it will fly and have more knock-down power than a light pellet.
A pellet has two definitions:1: The droppings from an Owl or other bird.2: The lead projectile shot from an Air Gun or Air Rifle. Usually the same diameter as a BB but longer. It can also be the 6MM plastic BB shot from Air Soft GunsIt is a small rounded mass like a piece of food or kibble. It is also a type of fuel used in pellet stoves. It is also a projectile made of metal that is fired from a compressed air gun.
