Or, you can use reflective and shiny objects such as mirrors (large ones), metal plates or anything shiny and metallic. Make sure you point it in the direcion of the rescue aircraft. Or, you can wave your hands and do some attractive actions to get the attention of the rescue aircraft. If you have cellphones, you can call the airport/air base and communicate with the staff over there, which will direct/re-route your call to the rescue aircraft.
