To get in the camp all you do is send your application early enough, there is no audition to "get in" to camp. On opening day you have a placement audition, to determine which group you'll be in. For music majors it's a scale, or possibly a couple, and sightreading, for dance, a dance class, things like that.

No. All you have for storage is the space under your bunk, that is shared with your bunkmate, and possibly a shelf or two.
Blue Lake is open to anyone who is willing to pay the money to go. As long as you send in your application soon enough, you'll get a place.
At blue lake its about getting better, not about whos better then who. Sure, there may be some competive people, but its better just to focus on doing your best. It also depends on the section you are in. I do orchestra and its split up into 4 different orchestras depending on your level. If you didn't like how you did at auditions you can always re audition on the middle saturday! Hoped this helped! :)
Yes, but not a lot. And why should you? You are outside almost the entire day and most of the kids there that wear makeup are the bratty kids with no talent.
