Adapt to an exercising schedule. Exercise daily for a healthy lifestyle.

If you smoke, quit. Smoking has been linked to many, many cancers and illnesses.

Drink alcohol in moderation, if at all.

Consult your doctor and ask about it. Know if you have a family history and have your blood cholesterol level checked periodically.
