Avoid any activities which might put you in danger of hurting your tummy. Don't start a new exercise program when pregnant. Eat healthy food. Drink plenty of liquids. Take prenatal vitamins. Don't use drugs, alcohol, or tobacco. Stay away from second-hand smoke.
