In general you should contact your network administrator or computer support personnel. The only way that is 100% percent successful is to use a computer that isn't behind a proxy. Perhaps your own computer or one at a public library.
It will not work if your school is using a proxy. If your not supposed to, do not.
alright first you gots to gos to google and put the ultrasurf proxy but this only works witha cte drive on a school computer then it will allow you to do anything you want
If your computer has a parent filter or is a school, work or college computer try using a proxy www.foxyproxy.com www.hidemyass.com
it depends on the school, but usually no. try finding a "proxy". i dont know what that is but im trying to find out.
You can use a proxy to bypass security firewalls on a school computer or conconceal your ip address
A free proxy can allow a computer to do many things. One of the most popular uses of a proxy is changing the country that the computer seems from another country. This can be used when visiting some websites.
There are lots of websites which will allow you to check your proxy. Examples of these are Online Proxy Checker, Lime Proxies and I P Address dot com.
Honestly i wont do that on a school computer or on your own using school networks just do itat home where there probably isnt any web blocks but if you really have to get on and download try using a proxy site to get around that annoying school block if they dont know about the proxy site you are using
Proxy web software allows a user to hide traces of their activities on the web. This is typically done by routing all the web traffic from the computer using the software to another computer, or group of computers known as a server farm. The web sites being visited believe the request for access is coming from the server farm and not from the computer using the proxy.
A proxy is a middle-man that receives data from your computer and then sends it to the destination, so that way your IP address is never exposed.
Chatango uses flash, so web based proxies will not work at all. You would need to use a network level proxy which effects the connection of everything (unlike a web based proxy which effects the browser or the current browsers page). Which would involve installing proxy software, which is against just about all school rules and will get you into alot of trouble.
Try using a proxy website www.foxyproxy.com www.hidemyass.com Some school have the proxy sites blocked aswell though :(
