use the poke flute radio on top of mine is right but also first go to the radio station in lavender town and go to the dude who controls the radio and he will give you the kanto radio stations and than go back to the sleeping Pokemon (aka snorlax) and go to your pokegear and than go to the radio and than search for the poke flute and than tap the icon and the exit the pokegear and than click on the Pokemon and than you will battle it so have fun and go POKEMON:) :)
