This is impossible to balance:
at the left (reactant) side the C/H ratio is pinned in one compound (HCO3-) to value 1 to 1 and at the the right (product) side the C/H ratio is pinned in one other compound (CH4) to a different value 1 to 4. That's why!
N2 + o2 = no2
nitrogen (N2) atmosphere that contains a few percent of methane (CH4)
The formula for the synthesis of ammonia from diatomic nitrogen and hydrogen is: N2+3H2-->2NH3
Discrete covalent molecules. eg CO2, N2,CH4. Covalent networks. eg SIO2
N2 = dinitrogen molecule NO2 = nitrogen dioxide molecule NO3 = nitrogen trioxide molecule
N2 as it is a molecule. a compound is created with one two or more elements..hope that helps
N2 + o2 = no2
Nitrogen fixation is fixing atmospheric N2 in to NO2- or NH4+. Denitrification is reducing NO3- in to N2.
H-H
Co+ , ch4+ , n2+ ,c2h6 etc are example of molecular ion.
nitrogen (N2) atmosphere that contains a few percent of methane (CH4)
(N2) + 3(H2) = 2(NH3)
6AG + N2 --> 2AG3N is the balanced equation.
The balance is 2N2 +2O2= 4NO
The formula for the synthesis of ammonia from diatomic nitrogen and hydrogen is: N2+3H2-->2NH3
Lightning causes N2 to form oxides. NO2, NO3 is made in this process.
First make the reaction equation balanced for N-atoms (co-existant in both formula)N2O5 + H2O --> 2 HNO3So 1.02 mole HNO3 is produced from:1.02 x 1 (N per HNO3) / 2 (N per N2O5) = 0.51 mol N2O5
