well, the truth is... u can just go up an up and and up and up and up (u get the idea) levels and not be able to ban or mute players. u have to go on to a completly diffrent website and get trusted. then u can mute ban have votes and other stuff. (if u dont know the website, then ask the people "what website do i go on to get trusted" they will probably answer u.)
