In order to have rematches against the Gym Leaders in HeartGold which are all held in the Fighting Dojo in Saffron City you will need to get their phone numbers added to your Pokegear and then call them during their rematch window. Falker can be found on the fourth floor of the Celadon Department Store on Monday in order to get his number registered and then you can call him on Saturday mornings for a rematch, Bugsy can be found in Viridian Forest on Thursdays and then you can call him on Thursday afternoons for a rematch, Whitney can be found on the 6th floor of the Goldenrod Department Store on a daily basis between noon and 4 PM and you can call her for a rematch on Saturday afternoons and you can find Morty in the path that is before the Bell Tower on Monday and you can call him on Tuesday nights for a rematch.
