How do you be a good support model?

To be a good support model for other people you need to be a trustworthy person, be yourself, be kind and helpful, never let anybody down, you must also remember to stick to your word (when you promise somebody something, you must never break that promise). You must also set a great example and you must be a great friend to the people around you. You need to give people great advise to help people out when stuck. You need to give people respect and you must need to understand people.
