To become "automatically" pregnant on Sims 2, for PC, go to your desired Sim's neighborhood and press ctrl + shift + c (this will make a cheat box appear). Once the cheat box has appeared type (as seen) boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true. Now go to your Sim's house. Right click on the Sim you wish to get pregnant and press 'Spawn...' then 'tombstone of L & D'. Now click on the tombstone and look though the options until you find 'make me pregnant with...'. The names of anybody your Sim knows will appear here (including the selected Sim). Select the Sim you wish to be the father and your Sim will now become pregnant.
