How do you beat 10-1 in Scribblenauts?

It was easy. In puzzle mode, you put a policeman next to each person, then one of them will run from the police. In action mode, you get a rope, then attach the starite to it, and attach the rope to the metal door. Then get a pterodactyl, and fly down to get it. If you followed these steps correctly, the starite should be hanging from the door.
