How do you raise a Pokemon to level 100 in any Pokemon game? All you have to do is give it experience points. These are earned by defeating enemy Pokemon in the dungeons. To level up faster, battle legendary Pokemon repeditively, or equip an item called "Joy Ribbon". You could always use Joy Seeds to raise your Pokemon's level, but these are rare and expensive. Just remember that a Pokemon who has evolved will need more experience points to level up, although their stats will be higher. Lastly, be persistant. Getting any Pokemon on level 100 is not instantaneous. Work hard, go after every enemy Pokemon and soon enough you'll have a level 100 Pokemon. Also, you can buy an Action Replay DS and choose Quick Level Up(Max).
