first,you have to drop the jam in the kitchen on the floor and ask zombie carl to make you a sandwich and he will step in it when he comes back to the counter.then you take out your magnifing glass and trace carl's footprints. then you can watch the cutscene or skip it and then talk to Violet and then fix the dumbwaiter and then go inside it and go in carl's room and talk to him.After you did that cross the boards and when there's no more boards around you will see a feather next to the vent that leads to carl's room.Pick up the feather and then talk to Violet again.Finally go into the living room and talk to the girl with the peacock feathers or the girl with the feather on her head and then you are finished the mansion level
