Okay firstly - all drug tests are being redesigned all the time, and every attempt to beat one carries a risk of getting caught. If caught, they may assume that you should lose any privileges that come with being clean.
Anyway, the methods used include: Substitution with a synthetic urine like "fake it"
* Taking a bottle of 'clean' urine into the place where you are asked to give a test and tipping it into the test cup. Often it will cool quickly so people place it between their legs or under their armpits. Sometimes the bottle is placed on top of a radiator prior to giving it in.
* In some professional circles, athletes will go to lengths such as having their bladders filled with fresh 'clean' urine prior to giving a test. A syringe or catheter can be used to inject urine back into the bladder. This requires a lot of medical supervision.
* Athletes may simply use drugs that are undetectable through current methods of testing.
The most important thing to remember is that the tests are used for a reason, usually to protect a person from themselves. Cheating on a drugs test is stupid and dishonest as it only results in more problems later on. Relapse prevention relies on being honest and taking drugs tests when required.

∙ 9y agoThe best way to beat a urine test is not to take anything in the first place. There are a lot of "remedies" out there, but none of them can guarantee that you will pass the test. Some of the crazy ideas include taking an aspirin before taking the test, or adding a little bleach to the sample to remove the THC.

∙ 13y agoAlcohol stays in your system for a short time so the best way is to drink on the weekends except for Sunday and you will have plenty of time for the alcohol to leave your system. There is no remedy for removing the alcohol from your system other than the natural course of your body's filtration.
People claim that coffee, water and other things can dilute or remove it from your system but that simply isn't true. Just as people claim the same things can dilute the effects of alcohol is also not true.
Alcohol leaves your system like anything else, naturally.
