In order to beat Brixius, the easiest way is to be biological and use disrupt. You dont have to fill it to the max, just point one does it, but it is easier with two points as two depletes 100 focus. After you have depleted his focus he will use a move on himself called "Deep Burning" that is unique to him and will destroy up to 2000-3000 of his health.
