After Clark challenges you to catch the Cabbage Butterfly, go to the Zoomy lake and go up to the green snake on the shore by the enterance/exit to Treely Woods. A yellow butterfly is flying around by the snake. Catch it and bring it back to Clark. I'd reccommed to howl at the snake before catching the butterfly just in case he tries to attack.
