I guess you'll have to stay sober in order to beating it like going to a council or a therapist I don't really know about this kind of stuff, but you can get your family to support you and help you by staying sober and stuff and try to work on exercising and eat healthy and try to get something that everytime you think about it you can pinch yourself or get a rubberband to snap yourself so i don't really know about this thing, but i'm hoping this will help the information.
