You have to beat all the missions (blue icons your map) then either by activating or destroying the ray sphere, then Kesseler will challenge you to a battle, after defeating him, he will reveal that he is you from the future, trying to mold you into a perfrct warrior to destroy a monster( all in infamous2) because you actually married trish, but the monster killed her, so hes molding you into the warrior he wanted to be so he can save trish or get revenge. BEWARE=activating the ray sphere will set your karma rank ALL THE WAY TO inFamous (bad). I do not know what destroying the ray sphere does, but i think it puts you all the way to hero.
