Dive to the bottom by picking the lowest shark each screen. The key is at the bottom right, but you have to slowly "float it up" by placing your mouse cursor under it. Slowly bring it to the surface screen by screen by picking the higher sharks. At the top you get it.
This is the last level of "Me and the Key 3" (rise of the penguins). Everyone celebrates.
