Please refer to a game guide next time, there always easier but heres the answer:in 39, first aim towards the reflectors on the right, aim to hit them and bounce over to hit the rainbow balloon and the ice balloon so it causes the rainbow balloon to freeze. As it rises hit a dart so it rickashays off the frozen balloon and into the spike ballon causing the bombs to drop and pop the bloons.

i usually play bad hair day and there is a cheat on More Bloons. When you get to level 3 aim for the top right bloon. when the congrats message pops up press ok. DO NOT CLICK NEXT OR REPLAY LEVEL. click reset level even thought the rainbow is still there, you can still hit the top right bloon, and you can keep doing that until you have enough cash. :)
