in 39, first aim towards the reflectors on the right, aim to hit them and bounce over to hit the rainbow balloon and the ice balloon so it causes the rainbow balloon to freeze. As it rises hit a dart so it rickashays off the frozen balloon and into the spike ballon causing the bombs to drop and pop the bloons.
