On the fourth switch;
lower the girl down, by her foot, there is a shape that looks like a heart. let her foot be as close to the edge of it as posible. press the right arrow key and hold it. let the girl swing about 4 times; this counts when the girls leg reaches the 3rd trap. when her foot is close to that, start lowering her down but you need to continue pressing the right arrow key. her elbow will be close to the far right trap. you will need to let go of the right arrow key.
finaly you will pass the traps. then do the normal; swing to hit the switch.
