Use the crowbar to break the lock, and click to open the power switch puzzle.

The different colored letters in "CENTRAL SYSTEM POWER" are E, S, and W (east, south, west).

So turn the first knob so the dot is facing the right (east on a compass with north at the top)

Turn the second knob so the dot is facing the bottom (south).

Turn the last knob so that the dot is facing left (west).

Then pull the handle to reveal the puzzle. Click the puzzle sections to assemble the picture.

Turn on the hot water faucet and the steam shows the Roman numerals II, IX, VI, IV (2964) on the mirror. Click the screw above the middle painting and click on the combination safe. Punch in the number 2964 to open the safe, and click on the yellow ball.
