after reaching and pressing the red button...go back under the that green bar. Press the UP arrow and RIGHT arrow simultaneously to get to the underside of the bar just next to the spikes then press the UP and RIGHT arrow again until you reach the underside of the bar closest to the pipe...it's a bit tricky you have to get the timing right or you might end up at top
