You go into sense mode and Z-target the bug. When it comes close with the electricity on it, move sideways then attack with A. Repeatedly press A until it falls into the water. Swim up to it, get on top and Z-lock on to it. Use the energy field to hurt all 6 legs at the same time. It is easier than it sounds! I only took 2 goes to defeat it!
