How do you beat the elite four in Pokemon black?

There are (from left to right) Ghost, Dark, Psychic and Fighting leaders.

The Ghost leader has: a level 48 Cofagrigus; a level 48 Jellicent; a level 48 Golurk and a level 50 Chandelure.

Cofagrigus is weak against Dark and Ghost attacks.

Jellicent is weak against Dark, Electric, Ghost and Grass attacks.

Golurk is weak against Dark, Ghost, Grass, Ice and Water attacks.

Candelure is weak against Dark, Ghost, Ground, Rock and Water.

The Dark leader has: a level 48 Scrafty, a level 48 Liepard, a level 48 Krookodile and a level 50 Bisharp.

Scrafty is weak against Fighting and Flying attacks.

Liepard is weak against Fighting and Bug attacks.

Krookodile is weak against Fighting, Bug, Grass, Ice and Water attacks.

Bisharp is weak against Fighting, Fire and Ground attacks.
