you need to get a blaziken level 60,a swampert level 60 and a skeptyle level 60,but to get swampert and skeptyle you need to trade them from sapphire,ruby or emerald upstairs in a Pokemon center and go to ever grande city and once you have done victory road you go in to the Pokemon league and heal your Pokemon and buy stuff you need and then you battle the elite four and when you have beat them you will return to your mom's house in littleroot and if the color is red it is latias if it is blue it is latios...i hope i have helped :)
