In order to beat Savato (final GUILT) you must first destroy savato's nest by cutting it with the scalpel. You will need to repeat this process two more times after the first. Next, you will need to use the leaser on savato in order to weaken it's defences. Yet again you will need to do this two more times. On the last time you need to after you cut it with the scalpel for the last time you need to inject the black medication into savato. YOU NEED TO SAVE THE HEALING TOUCH FOR THE LAST PART! So you activate the healing touch after Dr. Kishirama activates hers. Then you inject the medication one more time and you have beaten savato.
