How do you beat the frostmane in World of Warcraft?

The Frostmanes are a clan of Trolls found in Western Dun Morogh, near Ironforge. They play a key part in the starting quests for Dwarves and Gnomes there.

As they are Trolls, they have a tendency to be aggroed in packs, and many can toss an axe at you rather than running straight for you. In almost all cases, using a ranged weapon, spell or wand is the best way.

Make sure that there are no wandering Trolls near the one you pull, and that it can run to you without coming too close to its friends, or they will also come after you.

If you do get more than one, it might be advisable to control one or more of them - use spells or abilities such as Fear, Psychic Scream, having a pet attack one, or whatever is suited for your class.

There is a quest to explore Frostmane Hold and kill 5 headhunters. The latter part is easy, but for the first you have to enter their cave, take a left turn and jump off the ledge. Close to that area, your quest should become completed.
