You will need to get the flip-flops by returning the woman's car keys, then use the flip-flops to recover the kid's frisbee from the roof of the arcade. He will tell you about the claw machine: jiggle it to get a free game. But all you can get is the Fake Vomit gag. Take it to the Bumper Cars and use it there. Now you are first in line and can use the Bumper Car to bump Rowley. Hit him three times and you get his Lucky Rabbit's Foot. Now you will win every time on Himalayan Hurl.
