In the Diamond Mine, the final stage is a cart ride through the mine. When the track gets close to the ceiling, duck down into the cart. When you come to a board sticking out over the tracks, jump it. (You may have to jump before you see the sign that says "jump".) After three sets of ducking and jumping, you reach the end of the cart track. Use the magnifier at the bottom right of the screen to examine the diamonds, and find the one that has the triangular mark identifying the White Jewel of the Nabooti.
