How do you beat the guards to get into the sacred grove in twilight princess?

im assuming by guards you mean either the wooden dudes that follow you throughout the sacred grove or the statues gaurding the master sword. both are quite difficult to get past. every time a new group of wooden dudes (i think they're realy called skull kids)apears you must kill them all at once using midna's energy feild. try to find the blue one before the others regroup. im not sure how to get past the statues but you could try YouTube for that.
