If you jump over Spike when he runs toward the left, then again when he runs to the right at you, he will get red in the face (blow his stack) and rush madly at you to the left again. If you can jump him this third time, he will plummet left into the next subway car. Follow him and repeat this series of three jumps (him running left, then right, then MAD to the left) to get him into the next car to the left. You start in the 4th car, so you have to move him to the 3rd, the 2nd, and finally the 1st car. When he slips in the water puddle, handcuff him.
