There is no boss in the Ice Cavern. At the end you will find a giant wolf. Defeat it by hitting it's tail a few times. After you beat it, you will find the iron boots. Then Sheik will show up and teach you the serenade of water. To get out, put on your iron boots. You will see a square filled with water. Fall in it. Walk out quickly, because you can't breathe unless you have a Zora suit.

First Head to zora's domain. then, go to Jabu Jabu's altar. You'll see that Jabu Jabu is missing. climb onto the ice formation and onto the icebergs in the water. jump on them until you get to some that lead to a cavern on the left. simply jump on the icebergs until you reach the cavern. that is the ice cavern.

did you get all the silver rupees or maybe you didn't get the blue flames. get out a jar to get the blue flames and use it to cool things that have some weird red thing around it. how can you not beat the ice cavern it is EASY! but if you can't move the ice block in the right pattern then go see a walk though.
