The Med Center has a circular layout that you have to guide a hose through to reach the homing transmitter in the trash.
Basically, you want to reach the center hub, then come back down. Go up and left 4 times until you reach the middle, and the room will appear to rotate. Go right one room and back down to the outside, to reach the Maintenance area. If you run out of hose, you have to backtrack and try again.
