I would expect there would be about 50 bohrok in a swarm, and just to clarify ther would be one swarm commander and maybe four or five squad leaders. Any bohrok can become one of these if the former swarm commander or squad leader launch their krana, and a normal bohrok launches theirs, then they could possibly be the new swarm commander or squad leader.
