first you build 2 contraptions that fall a short ways and get stuck onto each other, butmake surethat they are ramped at least 45 degrees. Then make a catepillar like thing that is on top of a third so as to make one side more angled, then the catepillar will climb up. Or you just make a catapult that flings the ball up. Either way is fine

There is a game that is an exact copy of fantastic contraption, in fact, the developer cloned it- but changed the graphics- check it out- it's called Magnificent Gizmos and Gadgets. Btw, I'm Lightquick on FC and FC2
Fantastic contraption and aglodoo/phun are similar to IB
Webkinz, Fun Brain, Launchball, Fantastic Contraption.

one is called fantastic contraption.
try totem destroyer on gamesfreez.com. its not exactly like it but its still an addicting game. other than that fantastic contraption is really one of a kind. The PS3 has a game called Elefunk for 4.99 that is somewhat like fantastic contraption and very much worth the money imo. The point of the game is to build bridges for elephants to cross, with limited materials. New: Magic Pen 1 and 2 are similar, and you might like launchball. Incredibots is simmilar but very over complicated ( http://incredibots.com/ ) Try "The Codex of Alchemical Engineering." It is a fun game where you have to decide how you want a set of simple machines to act in order get a final product. Bigger learning curve than fantastic contraption, way simple and easier than incredibots.
