Unless you are referring to Builder's Club, it is not possible to become a VIP on the entire website of Roblox. However, many game creators sell VIP shirts for their games, in this case, you can become a VIP on that place by buying the VIP shirt and wearing it in the game.

∙ 9y agoIn game, VIP is usually handled by a gamepass. Outside of games, there are 3 different tiers of VIP, Builders Club, Turbo Builders Club, and Outrageous Builders Club. Each of the Builders Clubs costs real money, but provide different benefits. You can check it out on Roblox's website under the tab "upgrade now"

∙ 6y agoYou cannot become a VIP for all Roblox games. To be a VIP for a single game, you must buy the creator's VIP T-Shirt. Look in their inventory for the VIP shirt.
