That is a very broad question. Anyone can open up a shooting range and call themselves a firearms instructor, or just simply call themselves an instructor and teach classes.
However, depending on what you want to do, there may be other qualifications. The general answer is, you must meet the qualifications of whatever organization you want to work for.
For instance, if you want to be a state certifiied instructor in Tennessee, you must take and pass a certified TN instructors course, then apply to the state for your credentials.
If you want to be an NRA instructor, you must take and pass the NRA instructors course.
If you want to be a police firearms instructor, you must generally first be a police officer for a certain number of years, then pass the instructor qualification for that department's academy.

You would need to take a lot of science classes to become a forensic computer examiner. A lot of computer classes as well.
To become a medical examiner you should take all math classes. You should also take extra science classes. If your school offers anatomy, then you should take that as well.
