take fishing profession quest at fisherman friend NPC west of ice dungeon entrance,
he will ask yo to find, fishing rod and a cane.
for fishing rod, you must go so close to skypyer basic quest giver, it will cost 500.
cane can gotten by go to north fishermen fisher, near of river until you get notification.
after all, go back to fisherman friend to complete quest, he will give you basic fissing road. happy fishing
