Unfortunately, becoming a giantess has far too many physical complications.
Such complications include practical nuances like, eating, clothing, hydration, bowel movements, and health, but other limits in the sheer physics of it may exist as well, such as, the density of the air would be too thin for the giantess to breath and get enough oxygen, or the land itself would compress and deform under her immense mass.
As much as I would love to see it, a giantess just doesn't seem possible at this moment in time.
