Senior Wizards (staff) of Wizard101 and Kingsisle will review entire accounts of those they feel are upstanding community members. Who have been active on the main wizard101.com message boards and Central. Those who have flawless wizard101 accounts, meaning those with no mutes, or other terms of use violations will be chosen. They can also monitor that wizard's/account's chat log for a period of time also to determine if they are trust worthy and following the terms of use rules.
There are no applications and Kingsisle, J Todd Coleman and the professors are not accepting requests to be a hall monitor. They have very stringent rules, requirements and standards and not just anyone will be a hall monitor.
