You get a new Username and Password and you have to download it again 'cuz it's on the old site. I use a Mac and I'm pretty sure it's PC only.
You look at new stuff and report bugs, so if there's bugs and ToonTown adds it, ToonTown can crash forever.
thnk once you have did all the toontown centeral tasks you need to be a member to do the rest it happend to me i am not allowed to be a member until after my test which is in 6 weeks :P

Toontown test is for members only, so you have to have membership. Also, there is a website I think it's called toontown.test.com or something like that. I think you can find it off youtube. Hope this helps!
The Tanki test server is locked until the Tanki Developers say so. They will call it a public testing once it is able to be accessed by the common player. Until then, only testers can access the server. You can apply to become a tester on the forums, or check the VLOGs or forums of Tanki to see if the test servers are avialible
