You cant just become one, you can only be a moderator if the jiggmin wants you to be one or if you be really nice he might just pick you because he needs honest people, other than that I think there was another way but I don't know if there is.
Add on: Admins (the people with purple names) will have to temp mod you a few times before you can become one. Even before that though, you have to be good in chat. Meaning, don't get banned, follow the rules and be nice. Also, NEVER ask to be a mod or temp. (Lowers your chances of becoming one).
