Go out at night to some random places and when you see some one with a cape and pale skin become friends with them and then move them into your house and click on them then click on the desired sim to be a vampire then click on bite neck!
on sims 3 late night there a loads of vampires around town and when you make friends with one, go into your relashionships tab and the vampire will have a pink line around them to say that they are a vampire. then when you have become friends with them, go to their house, to where the are or invite them round, talk to them for a bit then click, ask to turn and if you are good friends then the vampire willbite you on the arm and after about ttwo days your sim will become a full vampire trust me i am a vampire on sims 3 late night because i did all of this. hope this helped. lol x
