OR Press Ctrl + Shift + C then a cheat box appears, type boolprop testingcheatsenabled true. (<----without the full stop but with the spaces). Shift click on the sims you want to become a vampire, then click on 'Make Vampire', your sim is now a vampire! Hope this helps!!
