No you can't get your sim to be a werewolf. Every so often in dead tree, a werewolf will come up to you and bite you. but it doesn't work! It might work if 1-your sim is not hungry 2- your bar is filled. but besides from that it won't work. when the werewolf does bite you, you will lose of the bar.
