Well, think about this first...
*Are you willing to be in front of a large audience?
*Can you act?
If yes, then follow these steps:
1. You must live close to the Los Angeles, California area.
2. Take acting lessons.
3. Find an agent.
4. Your agent will hook you up with all sorts of casting calls. Find the one that's right for you, and go to it.
AT THE AUDITION...
1. When you're reading your script, read it at a good pace, not to slow and not to fast. Don't repeat a word, phrase or sentence if you mess up. Just keep going. Talk loud enough, but not too loud. Keep good eye contact, too.
2. If you do good, you will get a call back. A call back is when they will call you and you go back to the audition and they determine if you are a good enough actor/actress to be on Disney.
Good luck and have fun :)

First decide do you really want to do this because look at miley cyrus what she did she was a disney actress then she got sick of it and decided she needed to grow up so she tried to change her image from disney girl to a woman and now heaps of people are hating on her. If you do do it and decide that you wont to stop and grow up and make people think that your not a kid anymore than its gonna be very hard.

Don't take this in a offensive way, but, kind of. They want good actors. People who aren't afraid to be in front of a large audience. And people who are good looking.
It is not the business of the Disney Channel to decide who is and who is not famous, or who can become or not become famous. People become famous based on their talents and their work, regardless of their religion.

So many people loved Disney and the Walt Disney Company had enough money to make and pay for actress and actors and for their own channel.
The people currently responsible for the Disney Channel lack any imagination in that department, which is unfortunate.
